Events
This group of services includes the development and management of unique, high-profile sports and lifestyle events that are tailor-made for existing clients or the market place. vDP works diligently to craft specific multi-layered marketing programs for each event, measured against clearly defined marketing goals and objectives. In order to effectively perform these services, vDP includes idea/concept generation, feasibility analysis, event creation, rights negotiation, stakeholder services, event management and corporate hospitality.
Sponsorship
This group of services includes product/service integration, sponsorship negotiation, leveraging of assets, event set-up, media relations, sponsorship fulfillment and behind-the-scenes access. Additionally, for select clients vDP develops all aspects of sponsorship program planning and
often manages the sponsorship sales process. Clients include, Cirque du Soleil, Pacific Life Open, Bank of the West Classic and the International Children's Games.
Consulting
This group of services helps corporations navigate their way through the world of sponsorship events and marketing programs. To effectively deliver tangible, pre-identified results, vDP conducts audits of existing programs, builds competitive analysis profiles, provides strategy evaluation, proposal development and ROI modeling and recommendations. Currently, vDP has a working relationship with Cirque du Soleil and two major projects under development, the Silicon Valley Golf Challenge and Yosemite Environmental Summit and Triathlon.
